Detroit Lions Football

At least this week the Lions can’t get a loss but they can fall further behind in the standings than they already are.

At least until our division rivals have had thier bye weeks.

Teams are playing Calvin Johnson the same way they did last year, double coverage. I’m not sure if Stafford is reading the defenses differently or if he’s thinking to much.

The running is supposed to help him but it hasn’t yet. I truly believe that when Jahvid Best comes back, hopefully soon, then defenses can’t play Detroit like they are now.

The bandwagon fans are bailing and crying foul. Why don’t they just pick another team to cheer for and leave us die hard’s to cheer for the Lions.

I also think that when the game slows down for Bentley he will be just fine.

Until next week true Lions fans!

GO LIONS!!!!

LB Travis Lewis Quad Doubtful

CB Bill Bentley Concussion Probable

CB Chris Houston Ankle Probable

CB Jacob Lacey Toe Questionable

S Louis Delmas Knee Questionable

For the Titans :

LB Colin McCarthy Ankle OUT

tHE REST SHOULD PROBABLY PLAY :

RB Javon Ringer Elbow Questionable

OT Mike Otto Knee/Finger Questionable

OG Leroy Harris Knee Probable

DT Mike Martin Foot Questionable

DT Sen’Derrick Marks Knee Questionable

LB Zach Brown Knee Probabale

This game for me is going to be special because i lived in Tennessee for 3 years and had to watch the Titans because of the marketing strategy of the NFL.

So hopefully Detroit can get the W and come home. A couple of interesting story lines here. Stephen Tulloch and Kyle Vanden Bosch both played for Tennessee and coach Jim Schwartz coached for 10 years there under Jim Fisher.

The Lions are favored by 3.5 points, but i think its going to a blowout.

Mikel Leshoure is going to run and Matthew Stafford is going to throw to Calvin Johnson for big yardage.

Lets face it the Titans are not even close to who the San Fransisco 49ers are. So scheme wise Tennessee cant do what the 49ers did to Dteroit last week.
